Biography

Sun Min, Attending Physician, MD, graduated from the Plastic Surgery Hospital of Peking Union Medical College in 2019. During master's and doctoral studies, Dr. Sun mainly engaged in basic research on the three-dimensional reconstruction of lip and nasal muscles and the distribution characteristics of perioral nerves and blood vessels. The main clinical work Dr. Sun has been involved in over the long term includes: 1. Management of perioral trauma and secondary deformities after trauma; 2. Excision of perioral masses (pigmented nevi, hemangiomas, etc.); 3. Surgical treatment of various body surface masses; 4. Repair of various perioral congenital deformities (cleft lip and palate, macrostomia, etc.); 5. Perioral plastic and aesthetic surgery (adjustment of the morphology of the vermilion, philtrum, and oral commissure), treatment of gummy smile, and surgical treatment of smile lips; 6. Perioral rejuvenation treatments (botulinum toxin injection, fat grafting, sodium hyaluronate filling, etc.). Dr. Sun has accumulated extensive clinical experience, published multiple academic papers in SCI-indexed and core journals, and participated in academic conferences and given presentations on multiple occasions.
